Full Service Wedding/Event Planning

It takes an average of 250 hours to plan a wedding/event -- it's like taking on a part-time job!  Besides saving you time, hiring a wedding/event planner will also save you money. Clients often save more by using a planner’s services than it costs to hire one. This package is perfect for those that don’t have enough time in the day to get everything done – not to mention plan a wedding/event! We understand that everyone is different, so we customize our packages in order to meet your specific needs. While it is not possible to list every detail that we assist with because they are so numerous, below is a general scope of service. As your wedding/event planner, I will:

  • Be available via phone, e-mail or personally during the entire planning process
  • Help you find the perfect site for your wedding day
  • Work with you to design your wedding day
  • Establish a monthly calendar of tasks to accomplish
  • Create and maintain a realistic budget and payment schedule for all vendors
  • Provide recommendations for quality, reliable vendors
  • Arrange vendor appointments and attend them with you to help ask the right questions during the interview process
  • Negotiate contracts to obtain best possible pricing
  • Assist with invitation ordering
  • Arrange out-of-town guest accommodations
  • Help with ceremony and reception sites design and floor plans
  • Handle all set up and delivery scheduling
  • Develop a timeline and keep all vendors on schedule
  • Coordinate the rehearsal
  • Ensure that ceremony and reception sites are set up and decorated according to your wishes and on-time
  • Be on-site for the ceremony and reception - from set-up to clean up
  • Provide an "emergency kit" to deal with any unexpected situations
  • Attend to all details and issues that may arise on your special day so you can relax and enjoy your beautiful wedding/event!
